Procedures and Policy

In order to move forward with our services, we will first need authorization from the DCRA Administration to represent you (i.e. perform inspections for you). In order to do this, we will need:

1. A contract, signed by the owner or owner's representative¹.
2. Copies of all permits.
3. The completed Notice of Intent to Use 3rd Party Inspection Agency form².

Notes:

• ¹  You may request a copy of the contract (or a sample contract) by phone or email.
• ²  Authorization cannot be granted for more than one agency on the same residential project.

Cancellation Policy

The full re-inspection fee will be waived if cancellation done at least 12 hours in advance.

If cancellation occurs at least 8 hours in advance of the appointment, only 1/2 of the fee will be charged.
